The 410 Easy Enveloper embraces new “complete cut” technology that makes conversion of digital printed sheets a reality without unacceptable waste factors or traditional high die cutting and allows for the unique ability to convert envelopes with trailing edge shapes at USPS automation rates per the USPS Pilot Program (six currently approved shapes).
The new system continues to push the envelope with two patchers and will be the first to receive W+D’s new fast change, tight color register all servo 2 over 1 flexo printing units. We can run virtually all the popular direct mail and transaction envelope sizes from a #6-3/4 (3-5/8 x 6-1/2) reply envelope to a full view 6 x 9-1/2 booklet.
