Like you, we are all very concerned about the rapid spread of COVID-19 cases in the US. The health and safety of our employees and clients is our top priority.
In an attempt to reduce the chances of a local outbreak, we are instructing all employees to follow the CDC guidelines published here. Additionally, all non-production employees are equipped with secure remote desktop connections and phone access to enable them to work from home if they are feeling ill or in the unlikely scenario of a local outbreak.
We are encouraging employees and customers to conduct meetings virtually whenever possible and to avoid unnecessary travel. Additionally, we are increasing the frequency and level of our janitorial services in all facilities and providing access to sanitizing wipes and disinfectant spray throughout the facilities.
We are preparing to have redundant manufacturing capabilities for most of our services. Should a localized outbreak occur at any one of our facilities, we will be able to quarantine that facility and move most of the production to one of our other facilities until the threat is eliminated. We currently have facilities in 3 locations (Lowell, Westwood and Rockland, MA) as well as a fourth facility under construction (Canton, MA).
